If you are a early morning individual, you can try it out, but if you are a evening owl you'll be just having difficulty in getting out of bed in the early morning and employ.
I confess that sometimes you can reduce tummy fat in the early morning while you are in a fasted condition, but there is a risk that you might lose your muscles as well which you obtained after operating. In case you are a early morning individual and want to do some serious aerobic, never do it while in a fasted condition. What you can do is eat some light morning meal containing protein and little amount of carbohydrates and then exercise. You can have your big morning meal after doing aerobic.
